PGS Software uzyskuje praktycznie 100% swoich przychodów z eksportu usług. Naszymi klientami są firmy z Europy i USA. Tylko nieliczni nasi klienci to firmy polskie. Próbujemy to zmienić, ale nie jest łatwo. Dlaczego?

Kto próbował kiedykolwiek brać udział w przetargach publicznych wie, że sprawa nie jest łatwa. Znaleźć odpowiedni przetarg to pierwsze zadanie, wygrać go to drugie, wreszcie zakończyć z sukcesem to trzecie. My postanowiliśmy tak jak każe logika zacząć od zadania pierwszego. Okazało się ono wcale nie łatwe. Na rynku jest sporo wyszukiwarek przetargów. Lepszych lub gorszych, ale my nie trafiliśmy na żaden, który spełniałby nasze oczekiwania.

Efficiency means doing things right, and effectiveness means doing the right things. It is far more important to do right things than to do things right.

Recently I was on an interesting conference in Warsaw. It was about how to be an effective leader in times of change. A very interesting event, with presentations, discussion and interesting speakers. Actually, I had also a presentation in which I talked about leadership in PGS Software: what we do, what we try to do and what we should do but we don’t succeed.
Is speed limit 120 km/h on the highway ok?

I came back from my one week trip to our customers in Germany and Switzerland. It was very interesting and I was happy to meet our partners from 7 companies we work for. I enjoyed our discussions about projects and future. Also about life and sports. It was really nice.

Yesterday I had a meeting with one of our customers. We wanted to meet somewhere in the middle (the customer is from Luxemburg) and we chose Berlin. The distance from Wroclaw to Berlin is about 340 km so we decided to go by car.
