Here we go! September will be a travel month both for me and Wojtek Gurgul, CEO of PGS Software.

We will visit 11 of our customers during 2 weeks in September. Wojtek will go to UK and I am planning my trip to Germany and Switzerland (almost 3.000 km by car during one week). It’s a pity that we haven’t been able to visit our customers more often, but we are just trying to change it. Also our team leaders will try to organize their trips to customers’ locations. It is something completely different to talk to your business partner over a phone. If you have a chance to meet him personally, go together for lunch and just spend few hours together, many things in the co-operation seem to be immediately easier.

Let’s hope, we will be able to keep this trend and to meet our customers from time to time.
